I purchased some fluid last week. I'm very happy with the order. I called and talked with someone while I ordered because a few things on the order page wa new to me as this was my first time ordering with Phantasm Vapors. The lady was very nice and helpful on the phone. I really like that there is an option for low amount of flavor for your order. That is helpful for a menthol fluid. Too much menthol can make your drinks taste funny. lol I was pleased with how soon the order was shipped to me also. I'll be a returning customer. Thank you
