I have been a loyal, happy customer of Phantasm Vapors for years. In fact, I have continued to order frequently from Phantasm Vapors even after moving to Virginia from Ohio.
One thing that I always thought was a bit odd though, is that web order packages are almost always shipped out the following day. There have been multiple times where I have placed orders at 9:30 in the morning on a weekday, and I would see the order frequently ships out the following day.
I would highly recommend that PV:
1) Contact the Postmaster for the Milford post office to see if a late-afternoon pickup can be arranged. The USPS will generally do this for businesses who frequently ship with USPS, as PV does, or;
2) Arrange for a PV employee to drop off the day's web order packages at the Milford post office after a specified cut off time (i.e. orders received before 3 PM).
