I ordered from the website, I live in Florida, so I was very happy that when I called the gentleman who answered took the time to walk me through troubleshooting the installation and it works perfect!! Only thing I would change is the length of the wick, the one I bought was shorter than the one I was given by my brother. I ordered from the web, so I may not have selected the right length.
